Novi Jewelers is a jewelry store in Novi, Michigan. This page explains what information our website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain English rather than legal language.

This is sent to our store email inbox. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. It is not stored on the website itself. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone else.

If you call, text, or email us directly, we keep that correspondence for the same reason.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web host records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the date and time. This is used for security and to keep the site working properly.

    How long we keep it

    Contact form messages stay in our email inbox until we no longer need them. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our host for security purposes.

    Children

    Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
